theH!GH’ from Rochdale are a “Nouveau Retro” Rock N.RollerCoaster band of just twenty-something’s. Formed three years ago and consistently refining and defining the subtle blend of the old past Masters of BRIT-Rock with the latest Indie pulse for that “Current yet Classic” sound. Ryan Wilson (vox), Pete Maughan (R.guitar), Michael Gidley (L.guitar), Gareth Price (bass) and Aaron (percussion/batterie) entertain the audience with the audacious “Pocket Stadium Rockshow” delivery of their “Nouveau Retro” style.
‘theH!GH’ are just starting their campaign to be signed, they have a good established Internet outline a tech savvy band giving videos and ringtunes away on their album site. In late January-06 the band finished a great little boombox album called “BOXZ!LLA!!” to show their depth to the industry.
“BOXZ!LLA!!” is their exclamation of their experiences growing up in Rochdale. Sights and sounds of Rochdale are used in the album, the track “That’s the Way I like It!!” is the “Anthem of the peoples republic of Rochdale” and will be the early summer single A-Side.
